Doctor Who Series Six Soundtrack Coming

Awesome news! Still really annoyed this won't be out until December 19 - I had really wanted to have it in time for Christmas...

I assume that it was pushed back this time so they could make sure they could avoid the problems that the series five soundtrack had when it was released.

Weren't there clicks in some of the tracks or something?

Yep there were glitches and "I Am the Doctor" cut off a few seconds before it was supposed to. I think Silva delayed their pre-orders several weeks when the problem was first identified by fans who tweeted Murray about. It was a big headache.

Cool, still not hearing some of the music i was expecting like the track in the doctors wife with them in the proto tardis. Guess i will have to wait for the full version to see.

I think that cue is included. Some people have reported that their order has shipped already. The Series Five soundtrack shipped early last year as well.

I just got it, listening to it now.

It is outstanding. I believe that this series and last series has seen some of Murray's best work. Prior to series five and six, I thought his best efforts came with series three. There was some impressive work in four, and of course with the specials but nothing really consistent in my opinion. His work the past two series has been outstanding and I look forward to the Christmas special on Sunday night and of course see what he has in store for series seven.

Im still listening so far so good. Got to say my favorite from good is the second part of the 'End of Time', Vale Decem never gets old with me.

@OodSigma I think for now this is just a Amazon release. I don't remember if there has been any news on a itunes release.
