Doctor Who Series Five Soundtrack or Lack of One

my play.com order has been packed and dispatched. might be here in the morning, or monday at least.

A couple people have uploaded theirs on the Final Fantasy Shrine Forums. You'll have to sign up and find the link to access the download links.

Just got my copy today, listening to CD2 and all i can say (just like the master) it's Spectaaaaaaaaaaculaaaaaar..

Just got it. Awesome. "Vale" (the second one, before "Vale Decem") is by far my favourite track.

Now I have to go watch End of Time and cry all over again.

I wish we could retitled threads without mod assistance. That being said, the wait now continues for series five which I'm even more excited about. The music from this past season was just sensational, especially everyone's favorite, The Eleventh Doctor's theme.

I'm listening to it right now. The "Vale" prelude is gorgeous. Can't wait to listen to the full version...

Edit: I wish the music from the infostamp revelation scene in "The Next Doctor" had been included. Alas.

Murray Gold really out did himself with the 'End Of Time' (CD2) I think even more so than Season 3's soundtrack.

I really like all of the masters music, I hope if he does come back then the same musical theme is given.

I have to say the music from "The Waters of Mars" is very good as well.

I believe that's

Hmmm...I'll have to give that a second listening.

The Master Suite is awesome. I plan on putting it together with "Master Vainglorious" (which is one of my favorite tracks from series three). The music though seems to be crafted around the sound of drums. Not sure that will be there for the new Master should he appear since that was of course implemented by the Time Lords as a sort of beacon.

Oh by the way...there are rumors that Murray is pushing for a double disc for the series five soundtrack but this isn't confirmed yet. If it happens it would explain the delay in releasing the track listing.

Hopefully we'll hear some news on the series five disc soon since it's supposed to come out next month. I just finished listening to all of the specials soundtrack and I have to admit that it's right up there with series three as my favorite album. The End of Time disc alone is spectacular. "Victorian Christmas" "The Cat Burglar" and "Lithuania" are stand outs for me from the first disc along with "Vale" of course.
