This week's contest is about anything blue in Doctor Who--EXCEPT for the Tardis: blue Daleks, blue people, blue clothes, blue planets, blue lights, blue eyes, blue freaking anything, just not the Tardis.

You may enter up to two avatars per person.

Whoah, sorry, I totally misread that as giving the Tardis as another example (after blue people, blue clothes, etc.). I really must pay more attention when reading the rules. And while I did choose a blue Time Vortex, I totally get that I shouldn't use the Tardis in it. So, please, accept my apologies, as well as this alternative #1:
