One question, if the Time War was locked, how did Eccleston get out?
Mr Awe
By living past the event. I'd think Time Locked means you can't travel forward/back to that event from any other time, but you could live through it.
Oh, I WANT to see that!
And for those commenting on Rose's complaints, I found this on (iirc) deviantart a year or so ago (sorry for page stretch, it was much bigger):

^^^ Anyone know where I can get hold of a high-res version of the female companions cartoon its is rather cool??
I think it's safe to say most people know that's Chariots of Fire.for those who loathe the D/R reunion...

Those illustrations are done by a poster by the name of Nausicaa on the Something Awful Forums. She does those illustrations for Time Space Visualiser, a New Zealand Who fanzine.
As for Rose, I'm not sure about her. Like I said in my review, for the most part I liked her, but I really wanted to smack her when she repeated her "School Reunion" whining about not being the only companion. Seriously, did she really expect The Doctor to stop having companions after her? She knows he has had many companions before her (thanks to Sarah Jane) so it only makes sense that he would continue to have companions.
Perhaps. Perhaps. The way she said it rubbed me wrong way.Actually, her confusion could be understandable. She does know the Doctor had more companions after her, namely, Donna Nobel, who's traveling with him now and who he met soon after Rose was lost. She has no reason to suspect that there was a Donna-free gap, so that, combined with the fact that she was expecting to be the person who hadn't been connected yet,* explains her, "Where the hell did you come from?" reaction when Martha appeared. As for Rose, I'm not sure about her. Or that she didn't connect with other former Doctor companions who are still around at that time. But I'm willing to look past that.* And really, it's kind of embarrassing that Harriet Jones, former Prime Minister, made this whole computer program to find people the Doctor knew, but couldn't tell that there were five parties on the conference call instead of four.
Try this link. Thanks Hobs202 for the link, I wouldn't have been able to find it. I'll have to find more of that person's art.
So, re: the most faithful bit....is Rose the one whose going to die in the next episode? I hope not, I like Rose!![]()
