Do you have a lunch break

I work 9 hour shifts and get 1 hour lunch, plus two 15 minute breaks. The breaks are paid, the lunch is not.

I typically just eat at my desk. In theory we have a lunch break but if I want to eat before the CBOT closes at 1:15, I have to do it at my desk. So that's what I do.

I usually end up eating while I work, though every now and then I actually take a break and leave the office for a lunch date with a co-worker or a friend. Need to do that more often actually.

I normally just eat at my desk. When you're working billable hours in today's economy it's best to just keep plowing ahead.
