Do the (saucer) Impulse Engine rooms appear in any of TNG episodes?

Re: Do the (saucer) Impulse Engine rooms appear in any of TNG episodes

^^ Actually the bit that REALLY annoyed me in TATV (apart from the first 98% of the episode itself) was the first CGI shot of the Enterprise-D. The bit where the camera pans around the ship, and how it looks like the stars are specks of dust that are circling the ship. Completely wrong starfield effect, looked horrible.

Back in 1987, during the Premiere of TNG, my friend was saying the same thing. I guess it was the budget.

Most of the Super Huge Galaxy Class ship interiors were never seen. If they ever remaster the series maybe the Shuttle and cargo bays will be reimagined CGI wise and opened up.....
