Nope. Something technological (corporeal, physical, tangible) is directly generating it that it is tethered to 24/7. Remove the emitter and *poof* it's gone, save for the emitter device (effectively a self-contained server). Organians and all 47 zillion other TOS incorporeal beings aren't directly sustained by anything physical. There's nothing tangible or physical to grab at. Organians were self-sustaining as incorporeal life forms. Organians aren't compiled code, either.

Or all the numerous "Evil AI" that are locked up at the Daystrom Institutes Computer Prison?

Photonics like the EMH/Doctor & SAM would count as "Hybrid Corporeal & Non-Corporeal" as well as being a form of "Shape Shifter".

The point of a positron brain is that it is imperfect in a specific way so that a perfect AI has to do/be unpredictable and irrational, like a "real" person.

Here I thought the Positronic Brain was designed to mimic the Human Brain.

I think at this point holograms in SFA are just artificial light lifeforms.

I doubt there's ever any thought about a separate physical server or Data Center anywhere.
