So what? "Opinion as fact" is one of the dumbest complaints in existence. Just because someone doesn't spell out "in my opinion" doesn't mean it's not obvious that it is in fact just their opinion.

I've read that only a little more than a hundred years ago, guns could be charged with homicide and executed, animals too of course. It wasn't said if the gun got legal representation though.
