The Enterprise episodes Broken Bow, E^2, and In a Mirror Darkly Part 2 are available on the Enterprise Season DVDs and on some of the Fan Collectives. On the Season DVDs they have deleted scenes. Do they also have deleted scenes on Fan Collective: Klingon and Fan Collective: Alternate Realities?

No, no deleted scenes. Only the commentaries from the box sets are also included in the Fan Collectives. Though in the case of IAMD, the commentary is actually the podcast that was posted on startrek.com back when the episodes first aired.
In the case of Alternate Realities, the Region 2 edition for us Brits/Europeans doesn't even carry the damn audio commentaries...
