Do all TOS Blurays play the episodes in Dutch and Portuguese?

I doubt there will be a second release. Private collectors may have material, but it's my understanding the team trawled through everything they had access to, and gave us everything they had their hands on.

^ That is correct for the North American release.

The UK and Australia releases (Region B) are the reverse: they have Dutch subtitles but not Portuguese.
I wonder which release Foxhot obtained for the Roddenberry Vault. None of the ones I'm looking up have either Dutch or Portuguese listed.

Ah yes, I've noticed that with some movies that just list a few languages for subtitles on the packaging, but then when you use the remote to cycle through the subtitles, you find that there are actually a whole bunch of languages available. I'll try to double-check my TOS discs this evening, unless somebody else is able to do so in the meantime.

I just put in a blu-ray disc from Season 2, the Region A (North America) release. Playing "Journey to Babel," and the only available subtitles are English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. The package specifies that it's Brazilian Portuguese.

The audio tracks are English 7.1, and mono 2.0 in English, Spanish, and French. It's interesting listening to the Spanish and French, which are older recordings that don't have quite as good audio quality as the English tracks. And the text of the French and Spanish subtitles has some differences from the spoken dialog in those language tracks. I would surmise that the subtitle writers made new translations of the English dialog instead of transcribing the dialog that was recorded for broadcast in those countries years ago.

But I digress. :o

That's almost always the case. Only very rarely would foreign-language subtitles on DVD/BR match a written transcript of the dubbed audio.

I believe they omit said information from the box of the BluRay boxes in order to save space. There are perhaps twice as many subtitles as languages. (And for TOS, the remastered non-BluRays had French and Spanish.) Portuguese and Deutch (Dansk?) were on the VAULT BluRay.....
Deutsch is german, Dansk is danish

Seems to me, without checking the discs, some of the Blu rays have notes saying that for some episodes don’t have one of the foreign audio tracks for whatever reason.
