I can see how one might make that mistake.

I work in the field. Again, will we have AI that seem somewhat human? Probably. Self Aware. No.

I'm not taking about somewhat human, but indistinguishable from a human. If you work in the field then you know what little test I'm referring to. And if you're working on something like Watson, then it's not the direction AI is beginning to take now, or rather there are two divergent fields.
