Different uniforms?

Really? I didn't see those.

Ok, those are the same as she and Yoeh wore in the premiere to the Klingon ship. Kevlar over the baggier jumpsuit. I was under the impression they were getting something different on Discovery. Oh well. Holy shite, are those mangled crew members??

Yep, they are mangled heavily. This is why it has an MA-17 rating I would guess. Trek has ways been violent, but tried so hard not to show blood.

Here is another view of it, check out the shuttle controls!

We also have a good look at her in what looks like Just the jumpsuit without the vest. Or it may just be an unmarked enlisted uniform as she had rank stripped.

We have seen crew jumpsuits. Likely not something you will like

I like it better than the officer one. Less side bling. And the design seems to work better as a jumpsuit with short sleeves than it does as a 2-piece. That white one is gonna look terrible on anyone over 110 lbs with a complexion lighter than that mannequin pewter color.

The white is medical, white has long been used for medical or the new blue/green color. But really using something that shade of blue in trek could be an issue with fans. White is safer lol

I wish they'd just replace the side bling with the same sort of textured blue fabric than they have on the shoulders. It would instantly bring the bedazzlement factor on tolerable levels.

Not anymore.

I don't know what you're talking about. Every time I watch "The Cage" and "Where No Man Has Gone Before" the uniforms are the same as the last time I watched. Nothing has changed on my end.

And 50 years from now in the upteenth remake they'll be different again.

Which is why remakes are bullshit and Star Trek should have avoided them. The franchise did such a good job of building upon our history rather than erasing it. Now we're just like any generic superhero franchise. How many different ways can someone say, "With great power comes great responsibility.

As many times as the ca$h keeps flowing lol

I agree SHOULD be updated cage style unis, but wouldn't be the new production team's spin on things

If your tapes of a 50 year old TV show change, someone is messing with you. However, the Cage era uniforms are what the crews ware in DSC, like it or not. This is how they dress and now what the cage era looks like.

Just use your imagination and pretend they're wearing the Cage uniforms then.

What if they bring in updated Cage (or TOS) style uniforms in an episode on another Starship?
