Did you like the "GoBots?" Will we ever see a remake or anything new with them?

Given that Hasbro purchased the Go-Bots (why beat 'em when you can buy 'em?), competition from that franchise isn't about to happen.

Thing is, there are innumerable robots-for-kids franchises in Japan that have never been exploited, which is how we got both TF and GB in the first place. Probably no one wants to challenge the North American monopoly despite the source material available.

So, bring back Turbo Teen!

The editors of the Transformers Wiki made a GoBots Wiki last year to accommodate GoBots coverage. The GBWiki doesn't get much activity, but yay, a dedicated wiki!

I got to admit I was a fan of them as a kid. Granted they were no GiJoe or Transformers but I watched every morning while getting ready for school. I even remember most of the names. The had Leader-One,Cyclonus,Chopter,Screwhead and Scooter. The 2 I can't recall was a red car who was a good guy and evil female bad guy who was a black race car who would stomp her foot and cause cracks in the ground. She was kind of a mix between Starscreen and the Baroness from the other cartoons I enjoyed. I think her name was Crusher but not sure about it.

At this point I think we all know the Micheal Bay "Transformer" movies aren't going to get better so why not have someone do something with the "GoBots" and create some competition for people who want to see transforming robots that fight each other?

You mean Leader-1, Cy-Kill, Cop-Tur, Screw Head, and Scooter. And the ones you are referring to are Turbo versus Crasher.

And people, it's spelled "GoBots". No hyphen, just camel casing.

I always liked the non-transforming vehicles that characters used or encountered. A few ships from Gundam have been kitted (there is one transforming Gundam we saw recently on Adult Swim)
