Did Tuvok fall in love with Janeway?

I honestly don't see it happening. They were good friends, with Tuvok being a trusted advisor, but nothing more. Also, given Tuvok's morals it would be unlikely. Yes, he was tempted a few times (Noss, Marayna) but as far as I know, he never gave in.

Even when he needed to 'cheat' to save his very life, he still had to be convinced that a holodeck recreation of his wife didn't count as cheating, if memory serves me.

Even though it contradicted Bloodfever.

Vorik had no interest in holograms.

Maybe Tuvok had better mental discipline than Vorik.

I know I'm like years late to this but just for the record the doctor made voriks hologram, Tom Paris made Tuvoks

Maybe Tom just understood sex better than the doctor at that point
