Did President Clark Have a Keeper? (Possible Spoilers)

I came up with the question about the keeper because I was thinking about the scorched Earth situation. As I said I am of the view that he was just naturally a fascist and killed himself because he didn't want to be caught. I'm just thinking though that it would be interesting if he had a keeper since we know that he was at leas working or gaining support with the Shadows. Remember the warships at the end of season four where reversed Shadow tech. Yes granted the Psi Corp were working with the Shadows but that doesn't mean Clark wasn't as well and that Morden or someone else had a keeper placed on him.

Oh no, it was Clark who was working with the Psi Corps, the news paper article claiming shennigans in the pilot, and then the loyalty scans from season one with young Weyoun. I would think that any dealings between the The Corps and the Shadows had to go through Clark, as in how they got that ship load of blips.

On the contrary, I think it would be LESS interesting if he had a keeper, it would just make him a hollow puppet and undercuts the whole point of telling how a democracy can easily slide into a paranoid and xenophobic police state.

As far as the Shadow tech destroyers, remember that Earthforce & Psi Corp got their hands on that Shadow Vessel in Syria Planum and then another one on Ganymede.

The Shadow looking ship that destroyed Gideon's old ship in 2259 (predating the advanced Omegas) would turn out to be a Earthforce built hybrid and the Excalibur would have found and destroyed one, then later on they would have tracked it back to it's home base, complete with Shadow Starfury's and some unfortunate humans that had shadow tech grafted onto their bodies. All of this would have tied into the Technomages and their real reason for going into hiding.

Plus of course there's 'Infection', where EF bio-weapons division confiscate the leftover Ikarran bio-tech. Which, one should note was made "1000 year ago". Gee, I wonder who supplied them?

So bottom line, even before the Shadows awoke, Earthforce has been finding odds and ends of Shadow tech for years.
