Have you seen your family doctor for a second opinion? I think that's a very good idea to do, especially if you have the features of major depressive disorder.Went to a counselor last week and learned this.

Turns out I've met all the criteria for severe depression.
Just thought I'd share.
So you thought you were anxious and recognised a cluster of related moods and behaviours, but it's suddenly 'turned out' that you're depressed instead ... if your own emotions are so mysterious to you, maybe you really should be looking inside for answers to your unhappiness.

Just remember, meds aren't always the answer, just the easy one. Consider putting some effort into your rehabilitation with will power and counselling.
SWC: WTF? So you believe one's experiences, attitudes, and place in life have nothing to do with one's mood? And - unlike you - I do know at least know neuroscience and neurophysiology at the medical school level.
