It's literally been a generation now - longer, really - since home video really took off, and those of us old enough to not only remember that, but also remember watching the Six Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman back in the 1970s, it's been a long time coming.
Pre-orders for the Time-Life 40-DVD box set of the Six Million Dollar Man are soon to open, and TV Shows on DVD has posted the details of the set, which looks spectacular:

I'm in Canada and I just phoned the T/L 1-800 number and they say I should, in theory, be able to order the set from up here if I order by phone. If I can, I will - it's pricey but this one I've been waiting to become available in some format since the early 1980s, so do the math. (And if not, since I know it's common for special offers like this to be US-only, I know it will eventually show up in stores up here just like Time-Life's Man from UNCLE and Get Smart sets did. And probably for cheaper. But I'd rather have it in time for Christmas this year!)
Meanwhile, it's only a few weeks till the release of Season 1 of the original Bionic Woman series, which will be a regular retail release:

That link features a copy of the trade ad for the DVD set, which reminds people that at its height 16 million people watched Bionic Woman, and it was an Emmy Award-winning show, too (something people who dismiss the two bionic shows as camp tend to be unaware of). I'd forgotten that season 1 was only 13 episodes -- it was a midseason replacement, just like SMDM was.
My only worry about that one is that it's being put out directly by Universal, and as those who have been waiting for, say, Season 2 of Kojak to come out can attest, they have a habit of stopping at season 1 with some shows. I can't image they'd do that with BW, though.
