Man, you're really good at adding panel lining and stuff. If it were a real model, than I'd imagine that it would take a lot of work to make it appear like that, with a lot of panel lining/ink washing, and a lot of touch ups!
I have to admit though, with all of the dust around, the comparably out of place model looks a little out of place!

I don't think it's dust, but the OP making the image look grainy.
Yeah there is no dust I had just cleaned the area before taking the picture. I added grain and a few other things to age the picture.
^ And of course to make all the "objects" appear similar.
