So, there's a release of this science fiction film starring Harvey Keitel, Max von Sydow and Romy Schneider (and hey look, Harry Dean Stanton aka Brett from Alien!) that until catching the below trailer in theatres I had no idea existed.
It looks intriguing - very low-fi, in the sense the science fiction of the film exists only in the ideas (a man filming his entire life through his eyes, and a woman with a terminal illness selling the last hours of her life to the same people who set the man up with his procedure, apparently) otherwise looking a lot like 1980s Scotland, which is exactly what it is.
Looks like it could be pretty compelling and when it's released I'll definitely be checking it out (the 15th of this month in Ireland), and if other people have seen it before or intend to see the release (or have seen the release) well, here is a thread.
