Harley's emancipation from the Joker happened pretty early on after her introduction into the comics' universe, in her first ongoing solo title by Karl Kesel and Terry Dodson. That was in 2001. She's been on her own longer now than she's been the Joker's squeeze. If you want to complain about that, you're 17 years too late. Unless, of course, you're a "fake geek" who doesn't care about the comics.
Pretty good, definitely got my curiosity piqued. I am bit disappointed she's not doing the accent we usually associate with Harley, but other than that I like Kaley Cuoco's performance. I was a bit surprised to hear about her involvement, she's not really someone I would have associated with kind of project or character.
I also noticed there was no mention of Margot Robbie, who was originally announced as a producer. I wonder if this means she's no longer involved?
Wow, that is a great cast. I recognized Bader as Batman in the clip right away, although I couldn't remember his name. Anybody have any idea who Ivy's voiced by? She sounded kinda familiar.
I did watch some Surface, so that might be why she sounded familiar.
EDIT: The article about the trailer on Tor.com says that the other characters on the show include, Lex Luthor, Doctor Psych, Wonder Woman "and more".

I was the wrong age when B:TAS came out so it was never "my show". I've watched a number of episodes but what percentage I couldn't say and it's good, I've enjoyed it but it was never the be all end all for me. With all that said, I don't have a problem with Kaley's performance as Harley.and it seems more in line than Melissa Rauch.

Powerless really makes me angry. It was a concept that had a lot of potential to be a Big Bang Theory level hit but missed the mark but 5000 miles. It could have been Community or even (at least) The Big Bang Theory.

They certainly have a mutual friend/ally in John Constantine. And as noted both have been members of the JL Dark.
