We should stay on Daylight time and be done with it.
Exactly.
DST is better and changing clocks is annoying. Let's just shift to DST all year and be happy with that.

Is there a specific reason to have it at 2:00 AM instead of during the day. I mean I do like DST (More daylight is always a good thing, but don't really understand the whole 2:00 in the morning rule.

The only reason I know about it is because there's usually a sign posted at work. They don't want their employees showing up late the next day...It just bugs me... we know it's coming every time and every time most people I know are rushing around because they've forgotten about it.
I do it too. Twenty five years and I still can't seem to remember when the clocks go back. And if they go back an hour... or forward.
It's chaos.
Perhaps in this Information Age™ of 24 hour working, we should all adopt a single unified Time Zone and let the Sun decide whether it wants to get out of bed or not.![]()

Hmmm. A single unified time zone?
I like it!
May be we could name it "Coordinated Universal Time" or maybe name it after the place we base it on,hmmm. I've always been fond of Greenwich, London.
Yes! I like it!
