I'm sorry to do this to you all, and I hope you will bear with me.

I am retooling the series, including a name change for the ship and changing the time frame a little. I'm going through an extensive rewrite from the very beginning and will repost in stages.

For now, all my writing is on hold so I can get through this which has been going through my head for a while now. Don't worry, I will finish this particular story and continue with the series, albeit in a slightly different way than originally planned.

Awww, sorry to hear that, but I understand. I had to put my original novel on the back burner for similar reasons, and right now I'm just letting it simmer around in my head while I figure out what to do.

Is this story going on hold until the whole series is retooled, or are you going to finish this first and then address the retooling?

This is on hold until the whole series is retooled, but I am working fast. The first two chapters of the retooled pilot are already done. I hope that I will be done in less than a month and will repost every so often. As soon as I am back to Fragments of Control, you'll know about it.
