When it comes to making out, always put on side 1 of Led Zeppelin IV.
I agree with this.
And, for fun, here's some dating advice from literature that just happened to show up on my Facebook feed at just the right time.
Just be yourself. If you think you're nervous, there's a good chance she is as well. That could work as a starting point, explaining about being nervous and hoping the conversation takes off from there.
Oh, and if she says something funny, laugh, don't say "LOL."
What if stariing is part of his essence?
So... how'd it go?
Well the date was tonight and all I can say is it could have been better and it could have been worse, she is wanting to see me again so it can't have been all that bad.
Thanks everyone for your help.
One important thing. NEVER EVER tell her you asked for dating advice on a BBS.
^especially a Star Trek one...
Id never tell her that a quadzillion years.
Tell her you were asking advice from Mensa members.
Tip 1: Don't spend half a year texting someone before going on a date. If it's going well, ask to see her in person. It'll flow more naturally and make a better connection. Or you'll find it won't work, and you won't have spent 6 months building her up in your head to be super-human.
Separate names with a comma.
