Data and Dukat

Im watching Time's Arrow on G4, Watch is the english translation of the french dialog between Data and Dukat at the beginning of the card game, im sure it was some type of introduction but what exactly? Its not Dukat but the same guy who played Dukat Marc Alaimo.

I don't have the exact translation handy but it's something along the lines of that one dude saying he (or his parents) are from a certain part of France, then Data says something along the lines of "Then we are practically brothers!" and claims he's from the same area.

I believe "Dukat" mentioned that he came from New Orleans.

Okay, I just read the script on Trekcore. It appears he mentioned that his parents came from Bourgogne and that he was born in New Orleans.

Then Data replies that they are nearly brothers and that he is happy to know him.

Hey Guys, I speak french and can vouch for these interpretations. That's exactly what's being said. The accent is a bit off, of course, but it's good enough to pass...
