Which is interesting, since only a month or so ago Kennedy apparently stated they are focusing on shows at the moment.

For some, sure.

At least for me it was like a Star Wars story. I walked away from TPM shaking my head and thinking there was little there that appealed as Star Wars.

As a fan of a lot of what Lindelof has done, this definitely has my curiosity, but I have to admit, with so many Star Wars projects falling apart, or taking forever to actually get made, I'm hesitant to get to excited right now.

I grew up on Disney Star Wars. They released the Star Wars ReadAlong Adventure tape that I practically wore out as a child.

The Ewok movies--undoubtedly infantile--feel more like SW than anything released by Disney.
