I think it's obvious in this case. Nelle's baby and the now-deceased baby were definitely not identical. The facial features looked different to me.

And considering that Lucas is a doctor and Brad is in charge of the lab, I foresee Brad having to do a lot of test-fudging if he wants Lucas to continue to believe that's their real baby. Lucas could easily get hold of the baby's original medical records, so something like a different blood type or some condition that's in either Carly's genetic line, the Quartermaine line, or in Nelle's family either showing up or not showing up... well, the whole truth will come out at some point.

I watch on Hulu the following day, so I haven't seen Nelle's baby yet

He should at some point. The new DA actually found the USB thing that has Drew's real memories on it (it had been accidentally dropped at the Metro Court restaurant and she went on a successful fishing expedition in the lost & found).

I haven't seen today's episode yet, but I predict that the DA will want Drew to spill everything he knows about Jason's criminal past while he still has Jason's memories, and offer him his own memories back (not sure if he's already told her that he had that chance and turned it down). If he accepts, Andre Maddox will have to return to perform the procedure.

I watched GH regularly with my mom after school in the 90s for years. I was able to keep up with storylines even though I was a preteen. I still watch about an episode a year. I can't tell if it's horrible or if it was always horrible.

She's totally doing it to make a name for herself. She wants, like so many others going back decades, to be The DA Who Took Down Sonny Corinthos.

And if that means pretending to be Drew's friend and manipulating him, that's what she'll do.

That depends... what did you find horrible about it before? Compare that to what's happening now, and you might get your answer.

And for some reason it always happens at night. Clearly there needs to be a curfew-at-sundown instituted for Port Charles, for anyone who drives. People on foot or who take the launch out to Windemere usually arrive safely.
