Ok, here's the gist of it: Normal fellows in Japan come on the show, and they see just how well they can pass off as girls....and let's just say that the results, more often than not, are quite spectacular. Here's one of the episodes, with subtitles. And not to worry, this is all innocent fun. Infact, this is filmed in the gym of a Japanese high school, and this show's pretty much popular with the teenage crowds.

There was a show called "Princess Princess" which was about guys who went to an all boy's school and had to dress up as girls because... I dunno, of some school rule. I have to imagine that it turned out something like this.
