'Crysis 2' demo shown to press

Crytek played the Xbox 360 version of the game in front of the press, the first such demonstration of its kind. (Press didn’t get to actually play the game that day,

We weren’t allowed to take photos or video of the game as Crytek played it.

The game takes place in New York City,

Crysis 2’s looks better, more “real.” The entire demo took place within Manhattan,

The story—one of the only things criticized in the first game—has been written by Richard Morgan, a British science fiction author who won the Arthur C. Clarke award in 2008.

Am sure am supposed to be excited about this game but graphically its not hard to look good these days I want some real substance in gameplay and number 1 was awful. The shooting was sub par, the story sub par and the aliens are just bad bad enemies and do we need aliens really ?.

that trailer CG for human faces was poor too when compared to amount of hype they make about it.

I don't see how say that Crysis 2 will have better graphics then Killzone 2 is trashing it.

That third link is just really bad. Did they guy even read the original interview? Richard Morgan expressly states that not seeing Master Chiefs face isn't the reason the story is bad.

I have the first Crysis. I had to buy an ATI 4870x2 Card to get it to play at graphics topped out (This was 2 years ago when that card was $700)

I'm thinking of jumping into the 5970 for Crysis 2, although this card is still pretty expensive and I don't need it. I haven't found a game my PC will not play at maxed out graphics. I'll try Crysis 2 first, and if I need more juice, I'll get the card.
