The BAU is called to Oklahoma City to help local authorities track a serial killer who removes the eyes of his murder victims and keeps the eyes as souvenirs.

Hotch stepped down as Unit Chief last week, with Morgan taking over. Things could be very interesting for the rest of the season.

I saw there were a few other Criminal Minds fans here so I thought I'd try this for at least one week.

Not a follower of this show but I have watched an episode here and there. I watched this one... while eating a sandwich. Won't make that mistake again.

Not one of the better episodes of the series... not really a lot of suspense leading up to the capture. It was kind of interesting though. Don't ever piss off your taxidermist!

I'vr just started watching this show, and have caught a few of the older shows on ION and A and E.

Is there a regular viewer here who can tell me why the FBI brass hate Hodge? It seems they're always trying to get rid of him, and as near as I can tell, his team is always doing a good job.

Hotch has been pretty much unable to control his team at times. Reid was hooked on opiates, Greenaway shot an unarmed man, he let Gideon back on the team even though he ended up having another psychotic break.

More recently, Hotch walked away from a standoff and managed to let a serial killer slice him up and then target his family.

Yikes.

Thanks for the heads up. :techman: It just seemed odd that I caught multiple episodes dealing with the consequences of his mistakes, but none of the actual mistakes.

So this show has gone through three Unit Chiefs already? Is it setting up Joe Mantegna to take the lead?

I honestly don't know. I haven't heard anything about Thomas Gibson leaving the show, but I guess it's possible.
