I kind of like the sauce. But they shred the lettuce and stack it up and it just falls out of the bun and goes everywhere. I have to eat a Big Mac shirtless to avoid stains.

I think it is some type of thousand island sauce--maybe with just the tiny hint of horseradish.

I like my hamburgers simple. Just meat, bun, and maybe some grilled onions. In-N-Out is about as good as anybody, but I rarely bother with hamburgers anymore: I try to avoid eating mammal flesh more than one meal a week.

I do like a good turkeyburger. But it has to be seasoned properly: treat ground poultry like poultry. If you treat it like ground beef, it just tastes like piss-poor ground beef.
