We can survive it of course, but will Trek?

Does it matter? I mean, are we still caring about that, now?

It's just a movie. If it's crap I'll get over it and hopefully be alive when the next one is released.

We have like a hundred hours of Trek to watch on DVD. If this movie flops, and no new Star Trek is produced, none of the old shows or movies are going away. We can still keep watching the old stuff. No harm, no foul.
