Where's the love for Dukat? If you were surrounded by Bajorans all the time, wouldn't you want to be like the one who had the bet success with their women?

Well before he turned into Anjohl, he was possessed by one to kill Jadzia and started his cult on Empok Nor. Though I guess sleeping with Kai Winn didn't help.

It's hard to defend this position, even before he went nuts, but I did sort of have a crush on Dukat. Moreso the first time watching and early in the series, not so much in his Anjohl phase.
Out of makeup, yes. As a Cardassian, not so much.
I think Dukat made a very handsome Bajoran.

Well, nothing against Marc Alaimo's face, but I think the Bajoran nose was kind of hideous on him.
I think his craziness was so over the top by then that my crush on his had sort of disappeared.
I never said Dukat was physically attractive, but his attitude matches the attitude of successful pickup artists. As a friend of mine put it, 'The combination of arrogance and humor creates a chemical reaction of attraction'. He was rich and powerful and makes use o what said friend called the 'see saw effect'. When you talk to somebody like they're better than you they unconsciously see you as inferior, when you talk to somebody like you're better than them they unconsciously see you as superior. That's why I think Dukat wins the Cardassian division.
^To be honest, I thought he was kinda cute. I mean, for a weird scaly dude with a spoon on his head. I love his voice, though.

For some reason, the Cardassian makeup, amongst the heavier applications, was very forgiving. Almost all the women were very attractive in spite of the makeup, IMO.
Dukat, though, seems to be a special case. He still remained handsome in spite of the creepy obsessions of his character. Marc Aliamo deserves major credit for his performance.
