Could some meteorites be starship debris?

Is it possible that what we think is a meterorite is really part of a spaceship that was blown apart eons ago and a piece of it reached Earth?

After watching the rock that blew up over Russia recently I thought, what if it wasn't a meteor, but a warp core or some other energy source from a long destroyed spaceship that got sucked into our atmosphere and detonated before impact. I understand they actually found pieces of the meteorite, but who is to say some ancient alien race didn't hollow out asteroids and use them for spaceships millions of years ago?

Is it possible that what we think is a meteorite is actually a poop from some massive, asteroid-eating space creature? If so then did this creature just eat some asteroids, poop nonchalantly, move along, and then its turd just happened to make its way to Earth, or did this creature deliberately throw its poop at us?

On the issue of space creatures throwing their poop at Earth, my personal stance is that I'm against it. It should throw its poop at Neptune instead. Neptune totally deserves it.

Is it possible? Yes, but then, many things are technically possible.
Is it probable? No.

It would require a very unusual set of circumstances for such an event to take place. Without significant, irrefutable evidence, there's simply no way to know.

What if chondrites are really rock-based intelligent alien lifeforms, and what if they've infiltrated our planet disguised as rocks! Holy smokes, they could be in my yard watching me and I'd never know it.

It is possible for meteorites that were never found. Those that were found have been already ruled out as spacecraft debris. I mean, it has to be obvious that something is not coming from a naturally occurring piece of rock.

For those that were not found, it depends, how many spaceships do you think are out there? We certainly have a lot of rocket stages debris in the oceans, even Mir debris, we haven't found most of them as far as I know, so you might have be some extraterrestrial spacecraft debris from the dawn of time lying somewhere too. As far as direct physical evidence such as debris goes, we have nothing to increase or decrease the probability of alien spacecraft visitations. We have not found any to increase it, and we haven't expected any to decrease it.

But the more fun question is - are there any terrestrial spacecraft from the dawn of time? I find those particularly appealing.
