Could anyone name this episode for me?

I just can't remember or find what it is, but I saw it a long time ago.

Voyager is being scanned, or something like that. The crew is having a hard time navigating around the ship. At one point someone (Paris?) is transported but accidentally winds up standing on a table in the holodeck.

That would be 'Twisted', as the name implies, Tom and Lanna aim for Engineering first time-out, but the shifting hull configuration, and confluxed systems send them to Sandrine's Holosim instead.Direct contact with an unidentified force-actually, a sentient intelligence, we find at the end, results in the reconfiguring hull, which, despite all attempts, the crew is unable to stop...and fear will soon crush them all as they gather in the holodeck, their makeshift command center.

Yep..that would most definitely be "Twisted". It was a great episode. I know I definitely enjoyed watching it. The ship wasn't really scanned per-se, the walls and bulkheads were become distorted from a spacial distortion-that had happened to be an alien trying to communicate to the ship. It was very interesting.

The episode was great during the mystery aspects, when the crew is trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Then it goes off the rails with the energy field taking out Janeway and wanting to communicate or something. The crew all standing around in the holodeck apologizing to one another before they all 'die' was a total let down after a suspenseful first half.

Then it ends with the energy field dumping a ton of information in their database. We go from an interesting anomaly that twists the ship to an energy field trying to communicate? WTF?
