Correct spelling plom-meek or plomeek?

I'm looking for the correct spelling. Is it plo-meek or plomeek? This refers to the Vulcan soup. Thanks.

I'm asking so I can correct an error in the eBook or not. I've already corrected five errors of tri-corder.

I've never seen it spelled any way but "plomeek." It sounds like maybe the words were hyphenated for line breaks in the print edition and the e-book didn't remove the hyphens.

That's my take on the hyphenation. I've seen this sort of error in other Star Trek eBooks. Thanks. I'll fix this.

Blish spelled it "plomik"; then again, he thougnt it was green.

And you would not believe how full of typos ADF's new expanded Mad Amos anthology is, at least in the print edition. (Neither do I like the fact that I paid a huge premium for the hardcover, and it wasn't Smyth-sewn!)

When we've had an author on the forum mention an error, I am able to fix it. Sometimes before I've even read it.
