Cops Respond to Domestic Violence

From TMZ...

Robert Picardo -- who played The Doctor on "Star Trek: Voyager" -- got more fireworks than he bargained for July 4 ... cops are investigating a domestic violence incident at his home.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops went to Picardo's residence Friday night after someone in the house called 911 ... then hung up. We're told officers interviewed Picardo and his wife, Linda Pawlik ... who claimed he hurt her during a fight ... he denied it and no arrests were made.

Picardo filed for divorce from Pawlik back in 2012 but the case went nowhere until May ... when Picardo hired a new lawyer.

A source close to the couple tells us ... the divorce is definitely on and every once in a while things get a little heated.

I wonder what happened.

Assault is assault even if the two individuals happen to be married. I hope it's not true because I couldn't possibly respect a wife beater.

Picardo didn't have this kind of T-Shirt on ... did he?

If the wife kills Bob in that house, and it becomes a murderhouse will that add or subtract a few million from the asking price?

Hope everything is ok for them! I highly doubt he's a wife beater, just a wild guess lol. However they really should move to different homes if they aren't already. Then again it's really none of our business is it?

they really should move to different homes
If one person vacates a home (and the other one doesn't) it can really effect how much value the court awards in the divorce.

If Robert wants his money back out of the house, he pretty much has to "maintain residence."

:)

Since no one was arrested and hauled away the night of the incident, it would seem neither party had any obvious marks indicating a struggle. Else they probably would have taken him downtown.

Agreed, which is why when I am battering a woman, I always hit her in the hair well, well away from the scalp.
