I travel around the country attending conventions, and I'm sure many of you have gone to your share of conventions, so lets see pictures! TrekCon, ComiCon, WizardCon, any of them! Post your pictures here!

Here's one of mine from Reno's ComiCon where I got to hang out behind the scenes with Lou Ferrigno!

I think I'd prefer to just see more pictures of you to be honest

Well done on being hot (that's so in right now)

haha well if they all blur into one, that means you must be out in the Con community quite a bit which is awesome! I think I'm traveling to Seattle next moth to go to their Con.

Well done on being an obnoxious caveman.

Knock it off.

Brie welcome to the board. Since this is not related to Star Trek only, I'm going to move this to Miscellaneous.

Then I'll find some of my good pics.

:techman:

Sorry I'm a bit new to the forum thing. Thanks for letting me know it will be moved :) and I can't wait to see some pictures! I have so many to share but I want to see what you guys have as well!

Here's the wife and I at one of the Sacramento Conventions.

that's awesome! I love the cast of TNG I think they were my favorite cast of any series. though I do have a soft spot for the TOS crew since it was the first series I saw.

Here's another one from when I was at the ComiCon bar crawl. This guy had such an awesome Locutus costume, the headpiece lit up and everything. and I must have run into him 5 or 6 times at the convention he probably though I was following him lol

Knock it off.

Who exactly are you calling obnoxious, cretinous prick

If you don't like the joke then say so but don't start the white knight shit. I'm sure she'll cope with the comment

And since it was demonstrably a throw away comment which I had no intention of going any further with, why on earth would I be required to knock it off. Knock what off? A comment that was over but for being brought up again by morons

Ban me, it was fucking worth it......idiots

Okay THAT is awesome. I would have loved to meet Leonard Nimoy. I heard he is a very kind person in real life.

I didnt have the $350 to meet William Shatner but I did go to his QandA panel and since I was one of the only people in a Star Trek TOS consume he smiled and waved when he walked past me which was pretty awesome. Ill post some pictures of him at his Panel

Nimoy was very nice. We're really glad we got to meet him.

^ Love the shirt, Flux. :D

Anyhoo, here I am, on the way to Chicago (for the very first time!) to attend the 2010 Chicago Star Trek convention!

We stayed at the Westin O'Hare, which was the fanciest hotel I've ever been in.

Here's me with Vaughn Armstrong:

Here's the lovely Chase Masterson, who put up with my friend's romantic overtures and my subsequently prolific apologies:

Barbara Marsh and Gwynyth Walsh, better known by their alter egos Lursa and B'etor.

Captain Kruge (Christopher Lloyd) also took the time out to visit us. I didn't get much of a chance to talk to him, though, as he was on a tight schedule.

Casey Biggs, Mark Alaimo, Jeffrey Combs, and Vaughn Armstrong on stage. I got to meet them all, and they were truly delightful people.

Max Grodenchik, who spent all day with me and my friend, just talking about everything. A splendid human being. :)

The contestants of the costume contest. The girl who dressed as Data won. She was very nice.

Not really, but after years of doing them they sort of blend into one. I've also been a steward out at most of the cons I've attended as well. But these days when I do go it's more of an excuse to catch up with friends.
