I've listened to this song many times over the course of my life, but even more so during the past few months since I've been going through a lot of life challenges. Randy Phillips, Shawn Craig, and Dan Dean are a trio of pastors and friends who also work together as musicians; in my opinion, this is probably their greatest number. For anyone who listens to it, I hope it touches you like it has for me.
Here's a fine example of an artist taking an often-controversial genre like rap music, and using it to honor God. I've enjoyed this song since I first heard it several years ago, but didn't think to post it here until now.

Yeah, I love that song. I even ordered a signed copy of the band's new album, from their website a few days ago.
Contemporary Christian Music is such a great sleep assist. It's like sleeping on a cloud; no interuptions just smooth lyrical flow to your midnight wonder.
