Computer damage?

I have actually seen this.

However I do not trust Aus versions of US regional dishes. They often lack the fat, the spice, the sugar, the particularly fake and gooey cheese.. they are inevitably too clean and healthy all round.

I would trust my own cooking with a good recipe first. But the time I did see that van, in front of the art gallery on st kilda road, I was full of cheap ass dumplings and also my mistrust did not allow me to buy anything :(

Next time I'll be like, the Voy forum told me to eat this.

The website claims that the people operating the Van spent a couple years in New Orleans learning how to do it right, before coming home and warming up their kitchen. They've survived for two years, so they must be making nice food that isn't turning anyone's stomach, or they're one step ahead of the health inspector.

That's how they roll.

Remember how we roll?

Photograph it.

Post it.

Actually I have some photos of the van, but the light sucked so I never used them.
