I haven't done all the eggs yet, but it's related.
That's all the eggs that seem to be known.
There are 3 mysterious countdowns hidden in the DVD, and the stuff we've found are instructions on how to reach them.
1. The thing that crunchjaw mentioned from the "Making of" credits is simple. You press Enter on your DVD remote when "Act 2" comes up. That starts a countdown.
2. The second countdown is found from that "ENTER AT 9780793529865." Which apparently means press enter on your remote when Felicia mentions Mariah Carey during the "the music" featurette. She says it at the beginning of chapter 3. This starts another countdown.
3. The third one, I don't know the clue, but you get to it by going to the scene selection menu, to act two, to the scene called "Moist Dries Up," which was supposed to be a song that got cut. Press enter there for the third countdown.
If you don't do anything during the countdowns, nothing happens. But during the first two countdowns, if you hit the number 5 on your remote, you get a special easter egg thing. The third countdown requires you to hit the number 6. No idea where the numbers come from. People are just saying that they work. Haven't tried them yet. That's what I've got so far.
EDIT: Just tried all 3. You actually have to hit the number and then enter again during the countdowns. The Act 2 one takes you to a little montage of Nathan, Felicia, and Joss rehearsing the first meeting of Captain Hammer and Penny. The "Moist Dries Up" one takes you to a montage of shots that seem to be outtakes or just people screwing around. A lot of it is Neil doing weird things with his hands. The Mariah Carey reference one is my favorite. It leads to a thing where they have little interviews with each of the Evil League of Evil members, and you get some backstory and stuff on them all. That was great.
SECOND EDIT: Ok, two more rather less interesting ones. On the special features menu press 6 and enter to get a DVD credits page. It also tells you who you can thank for the insane easter egg hunt.
Then, if you watch (or just skip to the end) of the "the music" featurette, when it gets back to the menu, "What Just Happened?" will be selected. Hit 6 and press enter to get to a screen with a sort of eerie message. I tried doing this without watching the The Music featurette first, and it didn't work, which just seems really weird to me.
