commander riker action figure question?

ok im curious to know if they make a riker figure where his uniform is all black with the red top of the uniform? i havnt seen anything yet but i was wandering if anyone knew....again this isnt the one where the chest of the uniform is red just the top half. thanks.

They never released a Riker figure in the DS9/VOY era uniform. They did release his brother Thomas Riker in a DS9/VOY Engineering uniform though.

ok then what would the difference be between the william riker figures and the thomas riker figures? i mean is there any difference besides the names and uniforms? or do there faces looked identical??

The faces are identical, they are both the same person, Tom Riker was created by a transporter accident. Basically they took a Commander Riker face and put it on one of the Miles O'Brien bodies. Here is a Tom Riker figure.
