This idea is based on something I came up with on the spur of the moment one day when I felt the need to mess with the minds of some really extremely EXCESSIVELY rabid fanboys of the new Star Trek movie...

I told them the new Star Trek movie was based on the unfinished unpublished script for Galaxy Quest 2, which was stolen by JJ abrams one night while the writers of Galaxy Quest 2 were passed out drunk. When these guys failed to dismiss my statement as the joke it was, I continued by telling them JJ Abrams even rummaged through the waste paper baskets to collect the crumpled pieces of paper containing ideas which were rejected as too SILLY for Galaxy Quest 2. Ideas like, "What if there is this weird kind of alien Cherry Kool-Aid that turns into a black hole if you drip it on the ground...?"

I was kind of wondering where this would go based on reader responses, and the possibility it could turn into a discussion of what a JJ Abrams Galaxy Quest might look like...
