I really enjoyed Star Trek: Year Five
Lol, talk about twisting words into something nonsensical. I'm not disputing the existence of anti-trust laws."Evidence?" You need evidence that anti-trust laws exist, that there are rules against monopolistic business practices? You've seriously never heard of any of this?
I'm not making any "unsubstantiated claims." You're just completely missing my point in a totally bizarre way. You've latched onto one sentence in isolation, twisted it into something nonsensical, and ignored the wider context that makes it clear what I'm actually talking about.
One thing I've come across is how the crossover story, The Telepathy War links into the Starfleet Academy (SFA) series. The DS9 issues and one of the Unlimited volumes strongly suggests that the SFA characters' story continues (resolves?) outside of the main series. And then I'm wondering if the Voyager issue that crosses over with it is tightly or distantly tied in?
Does The Telepathy War crossover storyline resolve storylines of the Academy series? Should the Voyager issue be included?
Pardon the misunderstanding, I worded my post imprecisely. I got the impression issue 12 of SFA kicks off the crossover, with the SFA characters in very serious legal jeopardy. One of the DS9 issues teases with a tagline of "Is this the end of...?" [of the SFA characters, Omega Squad]. And at least one of the Unlimited issues looks like it also has images of the SFA characters, kind of looks like in vein of Wanted posters. I meant to ask do those Telepathy War issues resolve the SFA character's legal peril? I wondered if SFA issue 13 picks up with the character's adventures having been resolved "off screen" in the Telepathy War crossover story, and is not resolved in the main SFA series. Thank you for the feedback about the Voyager episode, still not sure if I want to include it if it isn't needed for the SFA aspect of the Telepathy War.The crossover was only issue 12 of SFA's 19-issue run, so no, it didn't resolve the series.
The Voyager issue of Telepathy War has only a tenuous, token connection to the rest, as Kes briefly senses the events going on in the other issues.
