Very nice. And fun.

The only negative I have is a technical one. Some of the dialog balloons could be finessed to make the flow of the narrative better. I found myself reading the balloons out of order on some of the panels.
Two examples:
The panel where Spock and Kirk are crossing the central atrium catwalk right after things went B&W.
The third panel from the end, where Kirk gives orders to get underway..

Yeah, I noticed that, too. I was limited by what order the characters were standing in, left to right, and there's only so much "empty" (not covering someone's head) space to work with.
