Color of Defiant's phasers?

I might be a little nit-picky here, but it seems like the Defiant's phasers changed color throughout DS9. For example, at the very start, it's orange-yellow, then First Contact shows it having red-orange, then Sacrifice of Angels and the CGI showed it having yellow pulse phasers. Which do you think is the best or the most recognizable?

Well, every other amberish Starfleet weapon in those shots echoes the color - the beams of fellow starships, the torps, even the flames shooting out of holes in the hulls. Might be an "overall lighting issue" with the battlefields, with "unvarying" color.

The palest yellow towards the end of DS9 strikes me as aesthetically less pleasing than the others, though. Yes, bright might spell powerful. But darker is grittier.

Yeah, I noticed all the weapons seemed to be amber in the CGI starship battles. Do you think it was supposed to be orange-yellow like before or was it intended to be amber?
