After being delayed more than a year, it appears that Colin Baker's long-awaited short story collection Gallimaufry is either finally out or its release is imminent, from Hirst Publishing.
The main point of interest (for the purposes of this board) is that the book includes 3 original Doctor Who short stories featuring the Sixth Doctor. Baker has written a number of stories for charity publications and DWM - making him rather unique in that respect as I'm unaware of any other Doctor actor writing stories featuring their Doctor (we won't count Matt Smith as he didn't write his for publication).
Two of the stories have in fact been published before - one in a 1991 issue of DWM, another in a 1992 edition of Marvel's Doctor Who Yearbook. The third appears to be new:
A Tourist Invasion
A Wee Deoch An...?
Parasites Regained
There's also a non-Whoniverse short story called A Likely Story that appears to involve a naked man sitting inside a Dalek...

I ordered my copy of this back in the fall of 2010, so it's been a long wait!
