COD5-the Beta

I've had my code for 2 weeks-when does it start and how do they figure a beta released mere weeks before the game is going to give them usable feedback? What are they going to do if a flaw is found-pull the entire production run at the last minute and re-do it?

I reserved it at gamestop for $5 and it showed up in my email 2 days later. I just don't know when they are starting it.....
