I still want to see Ashoka survive and appear in the live action show. I don't think Anakin could bring himself to kill his old padawan, which is how I would explain her survival.

First off, it was the Clone Troopers who killed the Jedi. It wouldn't have been Anakin's call. Second -- the guy murdered a large number of children. If he was far enough gone to do that, I can't believe he'd retain any sentiment for Ahsoka.

I'm not an expert on the EU but didn't it establish that Vader personally hunted down Jedi that escaped the initial purge? And sure you could argue that he wouldn't spare her but if somebody wanted her to survive there are worse ways to do it.

Wasn't it somewhat established in A New Hope that Vader led the search for the missing jedi?

In Star Wars: The Rise of Darth Vader (since it is canon or canonesque) it does directly state that Palpatine assigned Vader the task to find all the missing Jedi.

It'd be kind of awesome if she ended up as a recurring character on the live action show though. At least this cartoon would mean something then.

Vader was initially in charge of hunting Jedi Survivors but a few months after ROTS he was reassigned to enforcing the Emperor's control over the military and Jedi hunting was delegated to lessers since they were believed essentially wiped out at this point. I know this was from a canon source, possibly the end of the Dark Lord novel?

Which kinda irritated me honestly because it was established that only one squad of Clone Troopers remained loyal to their Jedi Masters.

I always liked Chakan-too bad the game had no way to save which made it unwinable.
