Clarkson, May, Hammond's New Show

It looks like the three, together with one of Top Gear's executive producer who resigned has settled on Amazon's offer. Together, the four will be making a new "factual" car show.

I love these guys, but won't be getting Amazon Prime just for this show.

If you live in a country with Amazon Instant Prime (US, Canada, UK, Germany) then no. It will only be available there.

If you live elsewhere then there's a fairly good chance someone else will pick up the show.

Unless you're in France.

That's a pretty good coup for Amazon. Would have preferred it on Netflix, but these three guys will likely help sell Prime, which is likely what Amazon is hoping for.

Why Amazon? That’s the question fans of hit BBC motoring-show “Top Gear” have been asking, after its former presenting team — Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May — and Andy Wilman, the show’s former executive producer, said on Thursday they would produce their new motoring show for Amazon’s streaming service, Amazon Prime.
The answer is simple: “Freedom.”

“They’ll give us the freedom to make the programs we want — and you know how we love that freedom — there’s a budget to produce programs of the quality we want, and this is the future. So it’s exhilarating to be part of that future,” Wilman told RadioTimes Friday.

Amazon Prime in Canada doesn't feature their streaming video service, just their shipping. We're a little behind in that respect. So, I do hope one of the other networks here ends up picking it up.
