Chuck: Season 2 - The Intersect(s) [Spoilers]

Okay, so to begin with:
-Bryce sends Chuck Intersect which is downloaded into him. (Gov. Intersect Mk.1)
-Bryce sends Chuck an Intersect update after another attempt to build an Intersect goes nowhere (Gov. Intersect Mk.2)
-Chuck is uploaded with the Fulcrum Intersect Mk.1 (Chuck vs. The Suburbs)

Then:
-Chuck's brain is wiped of the Intersect by Orion at the drive-in... But did what Orion write over everything already in Chuck's head or was it just the Gov. Intersects? or just the Fulcrum Intersect MK.1?

Anyways, then we learn that there is a Prototype version of the Intersect out there in Orion's brain, the Intersect Mk.00 (Presumably containing information regarding the shadow spy organization)

Now:
-Chuck voluntarily uploads the new Gov. Intersect Mk.3 (containing all the information from the Mk.1 & 2, & possibly Mk.00) as well as who knows what...

Orion said the info matrix had been recoded, so it's possible anything could have been added (along with kung-Fu skills)

Just wondering who agrees with the above interpretation of events, I'm still trying to guess whether Orion got everything out of Chuck's head specifically targeting it, or if maybe he missed something.

If I missed anything, please feel free to pose your own interpretations.

I mean, for awhile, Chuck had 2 distinct intersects in his head, (and one had been recently updated.)

I think you pretty much got it. I was also surprised by the Intersect that Orion had in his head. I thought maybe it was going to be some weird side-effect from the Drive-In, but I guess he had it all along.

I was also really expecting Bryce to force the new Intersect on Chuck again right before he died. It would be funny for Bryce to do that to Chuck AGAIN!

Yeah, I guess, but he didn't do it intentionally like he did with the original upload or with the sunglasses from Season 1.

I've always thought there was an unspoken Chuck-Jake 2.0 connection, and after the season finale and Chuck "I know Kung-fu" 3.0 I'm all the more convinced. Now if they can bring together Chuck, Jake, and Michael Wiseman (from Now and Again) for the ultimate government supermen "fan wank" team (hell, lets throw Michelle Forbes in there as Maranda Zero from "Global Frequecy" to lead them, while' we're at it) then Season 3 should be off the hook.
